Using this website
The articles and price ranges on this site are general information for homeowners in the Salem area. They are not a quote and they do not replace a plumber looking at your system.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges, not offers. Your plumber looks at the job and gives you the price before any work starts. Work begins only after you approve it.
Scheduling and arrival
We give arrival windows as close as we can. Weather, traffic and emergencies ahead of yours can change them, and we will call if that happens.
Calls when we are fully booked
First Choice Rooter sends its own plumbers. On the rare occasion that every plumber is already on a job, your call may be forwarded to another local plumbing company so you are not left waiting. Any work done by that company is between you and that company.
Permits and access
When a job requires a plumbing permit, we pull it. You agree to give safe access to the work area, including crawlspaces, cleanouts and the water main.
