What we collect

This website does not have forms or accounts. When you call First Choice Rooter, we write down what you tell us so we can do the job: your name, phone number, the service address, and what is happening with your plumbing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested, the time, and the browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your details to schedule and carry out the work, to prepare your invoice, and to follow up about that job. We do not sell your information.

If every one of our plumbers is already on a job when you call, the call may be forwarded to another local plumbing company so you are not left waiting. In that case, the details you give on that call are handled by the company that answers it.

Maps and fonts

Our contact page can show a Google map, but only after you choose to load it. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Those services may receive your IP address when they load.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for the job or for our records. Call (971) 326-9414 and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
